Mr. Callahan was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association on June 5, 1989.

He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court - Western District of Washington and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

Mr. Callahan earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Montana (1976) and a Masters of Art Degree from the University of Wisconsin/Milwaukee (1984).

He is a graduate of the University of Puget Sound School of Law (1988).

Mr. Callahan is a member in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA #18490).
