Tim Callahan has been a practicing attorney for over 20 years. He has handled a variety of cases and legal matters and is dedicated to providing quality legal services.

Mr. Callahan brings a diverse background to his legal practice.

He has argued cases before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel (BAP) wherein he prevailed on behalf of his client in the published opinion:

• IN RE FOSS, 200 B.R. 660 (9th Cir. BAP 1996).

Mr. Callahan has filed a Petition for a Writ of Certiorari before the  Supreme Court of the United States (October Term, 1998).

Currently, Mr. Callahan provides legal representation in the following areas:
