Tim Callahan is a practicing attorney with over 22 years of experience; he has handled a variety of cases and legal matters and dedicated to providing quality legal services.

Mr. Callahan brings a diverse background to his legal practice.

He has argued cases before the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, the Washington Court of Appeals (Division One), and the 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel (BAP) wherein he prevailed for his client in the published opinion:

• IN RE FOSS, 200 B.R. 660 (9th Cir. BAP 1996).

Mr. Callahan has also filed a Petition for a Writ of Certiorari before the  Supreme Court of the United States (October Term, 1998).

On March 15, 2010, Mr. Callahan obtained a favorable result for client Michael A. Grassmueck, Inc., in the Washington Court of Appeals, Division One, unpublished opinion - No. 63644-8-I.
