Mr. Callahan was admitted to the Washington State Bar in June, 1989. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court - Western District of Washington and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.
Mr. Callahan was admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court on
October 19, 1998.
Mr. Callahan has argued before the 9th Circuit and the U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the 9th Circuit, In Re Foss, 200 B.R. 660 (9th Cir. BAP 1996).
He has also filed a Petition for a Writ of Certiorari before the U.S. Supreme Court.
